Introduction of The Newsynergy Group 

The Newsynergy Group, Inc. (“Newsynergy”), a California corporation, an affiliate of Newsynergy Corporation which is also incorporated in California in year 2000 with extensive real estate development and construction experiences both domestically in U.S.A. and internationally such as in China, Taiwan and Southeast Asia.  The project, The Phoenix Garden Retirement and Healthcare Complex (“Phoenix Garden”), currently under designing, planning and developing, is located at a beautifully designed and well-planned green area by local government proximate to a Wetland National Park in Cangqian, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, Peoples’ Republic of China (“PRC”).

Developments:   Projects under development in China by Newsynergy Affiliates:

In Tianjin City, China – Rose International Plaza:  A mixed commercial and residential real estate development project.  It is a US$150 million project located in the central area of Tianjin City. This project is mainly focused on high-tech development and commercial/financial and trading business. 

In Chongqing City, China – Commercial/recreational business centers:  Mixed commercial and residential real estate development projects.  The projects in Chongqing City will be developed mainly for the purpose of providing a few modern, comfortable and high-tech upper-level-class commercial and residential living surroundings for the local demand market remains very high.

In Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China – “Sun City” International Retirement Community and Medical/Healthcare Center: A $250M Health and rehabilitation facilities mixed with retirement housing development project.  This is a project that has been listed as one of the top ten most supportive projects in Zhejiang province.

In Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China – The International Bankers’ Club at West Lake:  A $50M real estate development project for the purpose of developing an upscale, prestige and luxurious private club resort to attract the bankers from the world.
